Some way's to use your 11 new oils

Single Oils:
Peppermint - can be used to assist with stomach upset and gas, I use 2 drops in water or honey and I feel better in minutes. I also add Peppermint to my diffuser for better concentration.
Lavender - is a great oil for relaxation. I like to diffuse it at bedtime. Lavender is great for my skin. I include it in mixed drinks, lemonade and baked goods.
Lemon - I drink this daily in my water with a few drops of stevia to keep hydrated. Lemon is great for cleansing the body of toxins. Lemon oil benefits skin and hair; and may reduce the appearance of blemishes if added to moisturizer. Add it your shampoo to promote cleaning or add to conditioner to support healthy hair and bring on the shine!
Copaiba - My mom uses Copaiba to help with arthritis pain. It aids in taking down pain. Support body's natural response to irritation. Occasional muscle discomfort after exercise. Also, if we are holding onto emotional wounds that no longer serve us, then we are projecting a victim consciousness into the future. This creates inner conflict for the soul and takes us away from our true purpose and our connection to the divine Copaiba allows us to see our emotional wounds and offers assistance with emotional clearing while providing spiritual protection. For those who combat stress at work or home, copaiba offers security and grounding. It assists us with staying in the moment rather than projecting backwards or forward.
Frankincense - I use Frankincense on my age spots and to help rejuvenate my facial skin. It is wonderful for diffusing for meditation too. I have read some articles that it may also help with skin cancer.
Blends:
Thieves - Thieves is great for putting on the bottom of your feet to avoid picking up common colds. I make a spray and use it when I'm in public, I spray it on my hands and around my face. Thieves can be used for cleaning also. I drink a few drops in tea with honey. There are many Thieves products available, but this oil is gold.
DiGize - This is a blend is an all around helpful digestive essential oils. It contains fennel, peppermint, lemongrass, patchouli, juniper, ginger, tarragon and Anise. I take it for an upset stomach, travelers diarrhea. I've even heard that it works for constipation too. This oil could help those who are disillusioned, or lack compassion or hope. DiGize will help release past beliefs that are being held in the stomach, large intestine and small intestine meridians. This is associated with our "gut feelings." Wear it and diffuse it, drink it. As a dietary supplement: place several drops in capsule with olive oil and take internally. (50:50 dilution-one part essential oil: one part vegetable oil) if dilution is preferred.
PanAway - This is the pain bomb! It is a combination of wintergreen, peppermint, Helicrysum and clove oils. It is an ideal choice for supporting and soothing muscles after exercise. I use this on nerve pain and it works within minutes for me.
